When the long nozzle chemical resistance foam trigger sprayer is not functioning properly
1. Regarding the need to pull the trigger for more than 1~2 minutes to use it, we think this should be quite abnormal. Normally, the trigger sprayer should be able to spray within 8 presses.
2. First of all, we recommend that the user first turn the regulator (nozzle) to the right to fully lock it, and then turn it to the left one to one and a half turns to ensure that the regulator (nozzle) can work normally.
3. Then start to press the trigger of the sprayer about 8 times, first observe whether there is spray or foam. If not, then turn the adjuster to the left more turns (about 1 to 2 turns more), and the adjuster (nozzle) will be a little loose at this time, which means that the water output will increase and it will be easier to spray.
4. If the adjuster (nozzle) is turned to more than half of the number of threads (meaning more than four turns), the sprayer still cannot work normally at this time. There may be an air leak or low pressure inside the trigger sprayer. Because of air leaks and insufficient pressure, the liquid cannot be drawn quickly from the bottom into the tubing of the sprayer. That will indeed cause the spray to be abnormal.
5. Then we would suggest locking the adjuster again, and then removing the long nozzle (foam spout) part at the front. After removing, block the hole of the adjuster with the thumb of the other hand, and press the trigger 5-8 times again. If the thumb feels that it is working normally, remove the thumb at this time, and then press the trigger to see if the spray is normal. If it is normal, install the long nozzle (foam spout) part back.
