Most manufacturers use grade 304 stainless steel, but we use grade 316 stainless steel to make spring and ball. Although both are stainless steel 304 will also rust slightly faster than 316 under the immersion of stronger acid and alkali chemicals.
[Rubber Material]
According to the product use experience provided by our customers, the acid resistance and solvent resistance of general grade NBR rubber are already competent. The better rubber than NBR is Viton (FKM), which can be used on relatively extremely strong acid and alkali, and solvent products.
[PP Material]
Polypropylene is a tough plastic with good chemical resistance. PP is translucent in its natural state but can have a glossy finish when produced with color.
