Heavy-Duty 28/400 Coyote Brown Trigger Sprayer with Dual EPDM Seals
Engineered for superior chemical resistance, this heavy-duty trigger sprayer performs reliably with aggressive formulations that would typically damage standard sprayers. The adjustable nozzle allows smooth switching from a fine mist to a focused jet stream, and can be fully closed by tightening clockwise for secure storage and leak prevention.
Dual EPDM seals significantly enhance durability and chemical compatibility, making this sprayer ideal for alkaline cleaners, disinfectants, acid-based solutions, degreasers, and a wide range of professional chemical applications. It is well-suited for industrial cleaning, automotive detailing, facility maintenance, and other heavy-duty daily operations.
When using powder-based cleaners, ensure the powder is fully dissolved before filling to prevent filter blockage. Since pH levels vary across different cleaners, it is recommended to rinse the sprayer with clean water after use to maintain optimal performance and prolong service life.
Dip Tube: 270 mm PE tube with bottom filter (length customizable according to customer requirements)
Material Details
Polypropylene (PP)
PP is a durable, chemically resistant plastic commonly used in industrial-grade sprayers. While naturally translucent, it takes on a glossy finish when colored. PP performs well under normal conditions but is not recommended for use in cold or sub-freezing environments.
316 Stainless Steel
Type 316 stainless steel offers high tensile strength and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing it to withstand harsh chemical environments. It is non-magnetic and must be strengthened through cold working. Compared with 304 stainless steel, 316 contains up to 3% molybdenum, significantly improving resistance to chlorides and chemical corrosion.
Rubber Components
To achieve higher durability and chemical resistance, we use custom-formulated rubber materials for O-rings and piston washers—designed specifically for trigger sprayers based on years of manufacturing expertise. For more detailed comparison of EPDM, NBR, and Viton, please refer to our Rubber Property page.
Notes
Due to variations in monitor settings, actual product colors may differ slightly from those displayed on the website.
A wide range of trigger sprayers and spray bottles are available in different styles; feel free to contact our sales team for more information.
In addition to standard products, we welcome OEM and ODM projects for customized designs, colors, components, and packaging.
Rubber Property - EPDM
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Property Comparison
Oil and Fuel Resistance: D
Animal & Vegetable Oil Resistance: C
Alcohol Resistance: A
Alkaline Resistance: A+
Acid Resistance: A
Aliphatic-solvent Resistance: Aliphatic: D
Aliphatic-solvent Resistance: Aromatic: D
Oxygenated-solvent Resistance: A
Water Resistance: A+
Disadvantages: Not suitable for use in petroleum-based oils, fuels, hydrocarbon solvents (aliphatic and aromatic), mineral oils, gasoline, kerosene, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. EPDM swells and degrades quickly in these environments.
At present, our sprayers are available in two types of rubber for chemical products. The two types of rubbers are EPDM and Viton. EPDM is a popular rubber material in our triggers for water-based and polar chemicals, with excellent weather, ozone, and steam resistance, and the price is acceptable. However, it is not suitable for oil, fuel, or hydrocarbon-based solvents, which will damage the EPDM. Next, the Viton (FKM) will be much more expensive than other rubbers, but offers superior resistance to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, alkalis, oils, fuels, solvents, and gasoline.
Simply put, our chemical resistance sprayers are divided into two grades: one is EPDM, ideal for water-based cleaners, mild acids/alkalis, alcohols, ketones, and outdoor applications with the best performance-to-price ratio and long service life in those conditions. The other is Viton, applicable to a much wider range of aggressive chemicals (including hydrocarbons) if you have no cost considerations and need maximum durability.
